About us

sue-beekeeperSue’s World of Honey was found by me, Sue Heron. I started beekeeping by accident after I found a swarm of bees in an apple tree at my small holding in West Torrington, Lincolnshire.

It didn’t take long for beekeeping to become my favourite hobby!

The honey

Before the bees moved in, I had no idea what I was missing when it came to pure and natural honey. The honey that our bees produce is 100% natural and has a beautiful fragrant and pungent taste that is simply delicious.

After realising how good the honey was I just had to show it off. After showing my clear honey, waxes and set honey at local fairs, I created a unique range of flavoured honey glazes. The honey glazes are made from set honey and come in a variety of flavours, my personal favourite is the garlic honey glaze. Take a look at my new online shop to check out the full range.
